Abstract

The aim was to understand the procedures adopted by an outsourced company with the proposal of the Central of Material and Sterilization. Throughout the studies, there was an urgent need to mechanize this procedure, presenting better conditions to supply the necessary demand within the movements of the health area. The purpose of this research was intended as a reflection study category, so that it can understand through other surveys the real dimension of the processes and methods adopted by the Material and Sterilization Center, for this purpose, it was emphasized the look for discussions about the approaches adopted and the research rhythms. With the data, it was understood that with the technological evolution, there is a need to learn and adopt new methods that provide the necessary viable quality in the health area that value the patient's well-being, ensuring no type of infection.
