In the essence of the journal is the development of science and its popularization. In this edition, the Univértix Medicine Course, an institution that is concerned with bringing knowledge to its students, walking together with science, receives a space for popularization and incentive to scientific production. Located in Zona da Mata Mineira, the institution increasingly stands out as a major center of regional development in health and, with the support of this journal, manages in a special edition to encourage students and professors of the institution to produce science. We invite everyone to read the edition, hoping that other Universities can move towards increasingly scientific practices.
