Translating the essence of the journal, I present to you the third current issue of 2022 with highly relevant Luso-Brazilian research. This issue presents issues that need to be elucidated and discussed in order to foster subsidies for practical application in improving working conditions for health professionals and the health and well-being of the population in general. I highlight here studies that address the insertion of nursing graduates in the job market, electroconvulsive therapy, health technology, systematization of nursing care, quality of care and psychological distress.
I invite everyone to read and encourage the continuation of these researches published here.
To the next!
