Abstract

This article aims to analyze the cancer client in times of pandemic of Covid-19 from the perspective of Bioethics. It is an article that reflects on the issue of cancer clients in times of a Covid-19 pandemic, in accordance with the principle of autonomy. It is based on a narrative with discussion of the following relevant aspects: The bioethical challenges with the cancer client in the Covid-19 pandemic, and respect for autonomy and bioethics. It is important to consider the importance of integrating the multidisciplinary team with patients and, more precisely, taking into account the discussions in Bioethics on the principles of beneficence, autonomy and justice. It is important to carry out investigations on cancer clients, contributing to the preparation of health professionals who work, not only in cancer care services in times of Pandemic Covid-19.
