Abstract
Patient health care in pre-hospital care demands attention and strict control over the conditions to which patients are subjected, the devices and drugs found inside mobile units. Alerting health professionals about problems relating to the safety of patients who use ambulance services in Brazil becomes elementary, with a view to the search for best practices and the best evidence for safe and adequate care for the population.
